1. Auto feeding machine is compose of working table lift, push board machine and infeeding machine, which save human power accordingly.

2.  Cleaning part: rotating the brush to clean the surface of the panel and removing the dust by collection bag.

3.  Glue spreader and oven : gluing evenly on the panel by glue spreader, then go through the oven to make the panel sticking better.

4.  Sticking and paper auto cutting: auto sticking, auto cutting and carry the material by crane.

5.  First hot press: heating/ pressing/ rolling the panel after sticking and making the surface without wrinkles or bubbles.

6.  Secondary hot press: strengthen the first hot press and make the surface high brightness and qualitative sense.

7.  This line has air press, auto feeding, auto cutting, crane and high speed cleaning. The machine creates smooth surfaces without wrinkles or bubbles, which has high efficiency and qualified product.  It's ideal equipment for plywood product factory and furniture factory.
